Update to version 3.14
changes
============
1. Program is needed MS Framework v2.0 or higher version.
2. It also prohibits the password CLEARPLC.
THIS CODE WILL RESULT IN erasing from the processor S7-200!

3. Events are recorded in the file log_keyS7.txt
4. Fixed minor bugs.
5. Added password file simatic.dic
6. WindowsXP operating system support and Windows7
