what exactly do you want to do?
Connect to CJ1W-SCU22 with what?
Give more detail.
More manuals you find on
https://www.lakewoodautomation.com/support/manuals.htm
https://www.myomron.com/index.php?article=1562&action=kb

Take care that the port on the CJ1 PLC is that the signal ground (SG) is on pin 9 of the connector, instead of pin 5, where all RS-232 cables expect it.
You will need to make/buy a cable that connects pin 9 on the controller to pin 5 of your device.

Also, RTS/CTS _ARE_ used by the controller. Put a jumper from pin 4 to pin 5 on the PLC end of your cable.

If you configure it in the setup, that should take care of it for you can change the configuration in your ladder logic using the STUP(237) instruction.
