Hi guys, is there anyon with experiences with this PLC ? I have wave solder machine controlled by this PLC. I want to făurite backup image of the program but I am not able to establish the communication. It show "connector opened" message. On the other hand I have another PLC (to learn programming Saia PLC's) and there is no problem with communication.

I use the PG5, I have tried set connection by PGU and also USB cable - both with the same result (as I wrote).
