Hello.

He came to a new place of work, and the former programmer left and did not leave passwords from the CPU, as well as the downloaded programs.

When trying to unload the program from the controller, it writes:
a password is needed to access read-protected blocks of a protected CPU

How to unload a program from the controller, bypassing the password and not lose data.
