If you have lost the password for a password-protected CPU, use an empty transfer MCard to delete the password-protected program.
Use one of Memory cards below
*6ES7954-8LC02-0AA0(4 MB)
*6ES7954-8LE02-0AA0(12 MB)
*6ES7954-8LF02-0AA0(24 MB)
*6ES7954-8LL02-0AA0(256 MB)
*6ES7954-8LP01-0AA0(32 GB)

After you receive new Mcard turn-off CPU, extract old Mcard and insert new Mcard in card slot, turn-on CPU and wait till Mcard will move all program data from cpu.
For erasing the old Mcard you have to insert on a laptop.
Delete all files on it, except of the two hidden marked system files "__LOG__" and "crdinfo.bin" .
Remove this card from your laptop and insert it again in your s7-1200 cpu.
Power-on and download your new program again in cpu s7-1200.

Do not upload a password-protected program with an empty password!

Other way is to Reset the CPU to factory defaults without a plugged MCard in CPU.
Select Accessible devices >> Select PLC>> Online Diagonostic>> Functions> Reset to Factory Settings
but not work to all CPU(depend on firmware).
good luck!
Remember!!!! Once you did this operation the old program from CPU is lost.
You can now reload other program with known password or without.
