Hi! What is the best and faster way to set RLO to 1 in step5? Step7 has "set rlo" and "clear RLO" instructions, but step5 doesn't have.

just put an Input to "1' I0.0 for example AND put flag F 10.7 to "1" in a LAD (as in picture but not I10....) and eventually save to an output.
Then you can use it as you need with "1" and negated to "0"
You can also use straps on battery but this is simpler
