I was try to alogix5000 program ,this message appears
"failed to upload. The controller you requested contains firmware revision 21.11
rslogix5000 support for this revision is not installed.to upload from this controller you need to install rslogix5000 support for this firmware"
can any one help me

Hi economic2.
You will need to have V21 of Studio5000 installed to upload from a controller with V21.11 firmware because the major revision of the processor firmware needs to match the versions of RSLogix5000 or Studio5000 you have installed. Minor revisions are usually not a problem.
Example: Allen Bradley CompactLogix L33ER with V24.12 firmware - V24 would be the major revision and .12 would be the minor revision. So to upload PLC code for this example you would need V24 of Studio5000 installed.
