I've come across many 1603 issues when I did SCCM support and it all revolved around permissions for SYSTEM account on folders, broken WMI, services not starting. I had to move the ftasystem.lic and ftasystem2.lic for the 500 install from the Activations folder in order to use the ftasystem.lic for 5000. Is there a way to combine these files?
