You must check the S:1/14 (or S2:1/14) Status Access Denied Bit into RSLinx.
In the RSWho-window RSLinx software, right-click on your controller -> Data Monitor -> Double-click the file S2 -> In the ensuing table, right-click, and select Properties -> switch to display mode Binary -> look at the value of the bit S2:1/14

If it "ON" you can reset it to "OFF" via SCADA or HMI. ;-)
It will be more smart to do it then key in "Program mode" position. 8-)

In RSView32, for example, must be addressed to S:1/14, as the record S2:1/14 is a message about an incorrect address format.

Quote:
Publication 1747-RM001G-EN-P - November 2008
SLC Status File

S:1/14 Status Access Denied Bit (OEM Lock)
You can allow or deny future access to a processor file. Set this bit to deny access. This indicates that a programming device must have a matching copy of the processor file in its memory in order to monitor the ladder program. A programming device that does not have a matching copy of the processor file is denied access.

To program this feature, select “Future Access Disallow” when saving your program. To provide protection from inadvertent data monitor alteration of your selection, program an unconditional OTL instruction at address S:1/14, to deny future access. Program an unconditional OTU instruction at address S:1/14 to allow future access.

When this bit is cleared, it indicates that any compatible programming device can access the ladder program (provided that password conditions are satisfied).

•••••
When access is denied, the programming device (APS or HHT) may not access the ladder program.
Functions such as change mode, clear memory, restore program, and transfer memory module are allowed regardless of this selection.
A device such as the DTAM is not affected by this function

SohrabB, Ryzhij went to a lot of effort to show you what the problem is and how to fix it, then you ask how to fix it?. Most problems can be rectified by either using the search engine or working things out yourself, which in the end gives great satisfaction to yourself and you learn how things work..

Mr. Ryzhij
So far I have not found a practical way to solve the problem. One of the ways to more fully explain, step by step.
Thanks Thanks

Dear friends!

I am in some bewilderment.
What are you waiting for step by step directions from me?

I do not know what a SCADA or HMI device you have.
What am I supposed to explain to you?
How to create a boolean tag? How to establish a connection through the RSLinx program?
How to făurite a button, by pressing on which a tag is written logic zero?
Forgive generously, but it's all there in the documentation for your specific system about which I know nothing.

It seems that you have to solve this problem in relation to your own realities.
No one, except you will not be able to do it.
Good Luck!
