Hello everyone.
I’m looking for Rslogix-5 V10.0 because I need to migrate
A project from PLC5 to PLC5000. I was reading that this version PLC-5 V10.0
Can safe the project to an .ACD File
Unfortunately the Migration Tool ,, PLC-5 SCL 2.0 utility tool,, is not available anymore.

You may find it in "FT AssetCentre V12".
As I know RSLogix 5 v10 is included in AssetCentre, but I don't know how it may installs standalone |

I Looked into it.
FactoryTalk AccetCenter needs PLC-5 V10.0 preinstalled in order to work.

You can install RSLogix5 v10, using FT AssetCentre v11.00.00 package.
You need some folders in FTAssetCentre v11.00.00 package:
"4.05.01-FTA"
"6.21.00-FTSP"
"10.00.00-RSLogix 5"
"CodeMeter_7.10a"
"FTDiagnostics_6.21.00"
"VBA_6.5.10.54"
Prepare action: You need to install "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022"
Instruction to install RSLogix5 v10 (You must launch all programs under administrator user with elevated rights):
1) Launch "VBA_6.5.10.54\VBAOF11.MSI"
Launch "VBA_6.5.10.54\VBAOF11I.MSI"
Launch "VBA_6.5.10.54\VBA65-KB2688865-x86-ENU.exe"
Reboot Windows
2) Launch "FTDiagnostics_6.21.00\FactoryTalk Diagnostics 6.21.00 (CPR 9 SR 12).msi"
Reboot Windows
3) Launch "6.21.00-FTSP\FactoryTalk Services Platform 6.21.00 (CPR 9 SR 12).msi"
Reboot Windows
4) Launch "CodeMeter_7.10a\CodeMeterRuntime.exe"
Reboot Windows
5) Launch "4.05.01-FTA\FactoryTalk Activation Manager 4.05.01.msi"
Reboot Windows
In "FT Activation Manager" check Activation Service is started.
In "CodeMeter Control Center" check CodeMeter Service is started.
In "CodeMeter Control Center" License Tab show records:
- Protection Only CmActLicense
- Rockwell Automation Inc.
6) Launch "10.00.00-RSLogix 5\ENU\RSLogix 5 English 10.00.00 (CPR 9).msi"
I tested installation of RSLogix5 v10 in Windows 10 LTSC 2021 x64.
P.S. You can activate RSLogix5 v10 using Flexera activation method (*.lic file with binding to HDD/Network - for more information search this forums  ) |
