Create a new application in RSView Studio with the name that you want to restore your .mer application to, for this example let us use the name “Restored App”. The new application is stored at: “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\RSView Enterprise\ME\HMI projects\Restored App\” Upload the .mer file from the panelview plus using the file transfer utility provided with RSView Studio. The problem is that when I run the program a white window open and nothing else happens. The white window just stays open and the program does not open. Has anyone encounter this problem with the RSTrainer RSLogix 5000 series? Or heard of this problem before? Any directions will be appreciated. The RSTrainer RSLogix 500 series works with no problem, the RSTrainer RSLogix 5000 series does not want to open properly.
