U View previous topic :: View next topic   Author Message Teknorob Junior Joined: 18 Nov 2025 Posts: 17 Posted: 18/11/2025 16:08    Post subject: ROBOGUIDE V10 Rev D - Empty Robot Library & Invisible Ro Hi everyone, I am running a trial version of ROBOGUIDE V10 Rev D (A08B-9411-J500) and facing major issues with the robot library and 3D rendering. The Problem: Modern Wizard: When creating a new cell, the "Robot Library" list is completely empty (see screenshot 2). Classic Interface: If I manage to create a cell (or open an example), the robot is selected in the tree, but the 3D model is invisible/missing. I can only see the green axis limits and yellow stickframe (see screenshot 1). Troubleshooting steps I have already taken: I performed a completely clean re-installation following all best practices: Uninstalled using Revo Uninstaller (cleaned registry and leftover files). Deleted the installation folder manually. Windows Defender & Antivirus were completely DISABLED during installation. Added the install folder to Windows Defender Exclusions before running setup. Verified Regional Settings (Decimal separator is set to "." dot). Ran setup.exe as Administrator. Despite all this, the issue persists. My System: Windows 11 ROBOGUIDE V10 Rev D Has anyone seen this behavior? Is it possible the installer file itself is corrupt, or is this a graphics driver issue? If anyone suspects the installer file might be corrupted and wants to verify it, I can provide the download link via PM. I would appreciate any advice! It turns out the problem is strictly related to the Windows Region Format. Important: Simply changing the decimal separator from comma (,) to dot (.) manually in the settings DID NOT HELP. You must change the entire Region Format to US. Here is the Step-by-Step solution: Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog. Type intl.cpl and press Enter. (This opens the Region settings directly). In the "Format" tab, look for the "Format" dropdown menu. Change it to: English (United States). Click Apply and OK. After doing this, the robot appeared and the library loaded correctly. I have attached screenshots of my settings below for reference (my Windows is in Turkish, but you can see the Format is set to "Ingilizce (Amerikan)" which is English US).
