With the open source Rigs of Rods, also known by the acronym RoR, can be simulated drive and flight operations with trucks, cars, airplanes and boats in an open environment on the screen.
The program is based on a fairly realistic physics engine, which also nicely crane shots or accidents on the computer to imitate.
The special feature of the tool according to the manufacturer, the real-time simulation of the chassis and wheels as flexible objects to provide a realistic behavior.
Accidents bend the car or plane on and on. Rigs of Rods is an amateur project and can be expanded modularly.
The network is well over 1000 so-called mods are for the program.
