Proneta 3.8 archive on siemens site is broken:

Thanks, but it seems that it is the same file that I downloaded from siemens.
I have tried to open it with winzip and winrar, the result is the same:
proneta_03.08.00.00_09.01.zip: Unexpected end of archive
can you open it?
