bonjour
jai un probleme sur un sinumerik 810D qui mindique comme alarme 2001 comme si il ya pas de communication entre le plc dapres la documentation
mais aussi au niveau du drive il ya les led
sv vert
nf off
sf rouge
pr rouge
ps rouge
pfs off
si vous avez un solution je suis preneur

ERROR DESCRIPTION :2001
PLC has not started up
Definitions: The PLC must give a sign of life within a period of time defined in MD 10120
PLC_RUNNINGUP_TIMEOUT (Default setting: 1 sec.).
Reactions: - NC not ready.
- Local alarm reaction.
- Channel not ready.
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
- NC Stop on alarm.
Remedy: • The monitoring time in in MD 10120 PLC_RUNNINGUP_TIMEOUT must be checked and adapted to the first OB1
cycle.
• Establish the cause of error in the PLC (loop or stop in the user program) and eliminate.
Program Continuation:
Switch control OFF - ON.
So try an ON/OFF of the PLC if it has been in running since now.
If didn't work see what problems do you have with the PLC. |

effectivement jai vue ca sur la documentation mais pas quoi faire pour elimine le defaut jai essai de me communiquer avec simocom mais pas succee

What are the Status LEDs of the PLC?
Did you Read diagnostic buffer in PLC? |

You have problems on PLC listed below or in communications as above...
See the LEDs on CPU 314, 315-DP.....to see what happens... |
