1. First of all I do not see any Server on your MProject. Well supposed the picture is different.
2.In the OS WinCC Explorer you have a Time Synchronization . There are all the data about how do you synchronize with PLCs the OS .
Check Time Synchronization Trace and tell what you see??
Read Time Synchronization on PCS7 - Configuration in a work group without central time master (Siclock)

https://ibb.co/carH3a (All cpu's)
https://ibb.co/fJd0pF (All cp 443-1)
https://ibb.co/excMwv (time syncron Server's)
I configured the time synchronize without central time master but there is problem |

Well you do not understand or what?
As long as you do not check what is problem with Time Synchronization Trace you put some pictures for nothing which has not any information |

Thanks for you for reply me
I send the information in the first post
We have 4 As(417-5h*414-5h*412-5h) and 5client(client ok and time synchronize with servers and no problem)
Two of the CPUs is synchronize with servers and are OK
And two of the CPUs is not synchronize with servers(not recive time from server pc)
All settings are made according to Siemens manual
I hope tell you my question 😉
Thanks

Well ...it's a little bit difficult to tell you a solution as long as you keep on this way...
Please tell me..
1. This system worked well before and this problem appears on functioning? Or you are in commissionning phase?
2. Put a Netpro picture of the two redundancy servers with PLCs and indicate which of the PLCs do not syncronize.
3. The time synchronization on the redundant System Bus is only possible as from CP443-1EX11 Firmware Version 2.3.
Check what firmware do you have on that CPs that do not work.
4. What do you see on WinCC\Diagnose in the TMsynch logfile.
5. What version of PCS7 do you use?
A better description on time syncronization on

Hi
This problem has existed already and still is now
I send picture from netpro and CPUs are not sync time (S7-400 core area &
S7-400 MHU&WTP
https://ibb.co/hrUJDk (Netpro)
Order code of CP:
S7-400 core area>>443-1ex30-0xe0 /firmware:3.0 ==time Not sync
S7-400 MHU&WTP>>443-1ex30-0xe0 /firmware:3.0. ==time not sync
S7-400 BRQ>>443-1ex20-0xe0 /firmware:2.1 =====time sync. Is Ok
S7-400 H STACKER>>443-1ex30-0xe0 /firmware:3.0 ====time sync is ok
I read full time synchronization Manual of pcs7 and use way time synchronization without central time master
Pcs7 v8.0 use |

PCS7 V8.0 has problems because they update with updat1 then SP1 then SP2 in a very short time.
That means it could have problems because they made these updates on very short time.
Install 8.0SP2 because no need supplementary license and eventually apply the latest updates to wincc pending. |

entron made a good observation. Indeed there was problem with v8.0 but
this idea with update could be an idea if all the others attempt fails.
Be prepared for this because I've had a similar problem few years ago...
At least made updates for WinCC on OS not for the entire system.
Back to the picture...
You have from these PLCs a redundant connection for each of them.
When made synchronization only one CP must be parametherized for synchronicity.
Is that true or you've made parametherization for both CP?

I will check CPs parameters and tell you |

I send picture for example one CPU
You thought that there were two cp in each rack
No, our system is a H-system, but there is One CP each rack
How I can one CP parametherized ??

There are a lot of settings which can make your system mis-communicating.
From your pictures I do not understand too much....
If your system is secret you can put a link on my PM but also you can edit some kind of a image like this if you have problems.
Please read some documentation about
DK_Time_Synchronisation.pdf - 1.5 MB
guide_s7_h_appl_e.pdf - 1.5 MB

ps7tsy_b_en-US.pdf - 2.8 MB
Redun_e.pdf - 165 KB
and read diagnostic from servers which should look like this..
WinCC_Sys_Server1.txt - 28 KB
WinCC_Sys_Server2.txt - 42 KB
The switches used are also very important ....
I am sorry... but without information I cant help you further... |

Two of the CPUs come with optical fiber from a distance and connected to scalance x112-2 And this CPUS time synchronize with servers
But two other CPUs come direct with cp443-1 connect to scalance x112-2
But this CPUs time not synchronize with servers |

It seems inappropriate to use Scalance X108 in this configuration......
I'll check its capabilities.
Take your time and activates firstly only one CP1623 and then one by one to see what's happen.
A general rule on how to setup synchronization can find in this picture.

What inappropriate Scalance X108 in this configuration? Please explain more
In per server two cp1623 used ,if one cp fail; the other CP work?

I'm talking about these switches....
Yes normally should work..You should to make testing ..that's all ..after checking you can come back to autentic settings.
The picture from above post is a memento on how should be parameterized the CP in a PCS7 environment with redundant capabilities. |
