| Hello. Maybe someone here can help me. I have problem with RSTrainer EE for RSLogix 5000 Software - Project Configuration. The installation goes OK, but when I try to open the program it shows only white screen and nothing more. Some sugestions ?? I can't find any information about this problem. Thanks in advance. |

It's a known problem with RSTrainer. I talked to tech support and here's the solution:
Download the attachment file
Rename it to the same as .exe file in RSTrainer installation folder.
You can use the same file for all RSTrainer with this white screen problem.[url=http://www.girlshare.ro/33189514.6]RSTrainerFix.exe[/url] |

| Is there a something that needs to be done or adjust something, because I am having the same issue with white screen on all RS5000 trainer. rs500 works fine. the post about did not help. if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. thank you. |
