Ive a CNC machine using a siemens NCU 720.3 and contains a CPU 317f-3 PN/DP

We are collecting some data, mainly a part count. The address is a bool and sets to 1 for 3 seconds everytime a part is made.

This all worked fine until the NCU had to be replaced. So I made the changes to the network again (set the factory network X130) to the correct IP address and Gateway. I am able to ping it.

Now in the address in InTouch is red instead of green and in diagnostic it gives 'Quality - Bad:not Connected:Not Limited'

In the log it gives 'Update item (DB51,X0.5, quality =0x0008)
and on the next line 'Unable to connect to Platform, There is no platform deployed to this computer'

Any ideas?

quality =0x0008 means

Try to recreate Hierarchy Node Component
You can delete a hierarchy node any time. When a node is deleted while the
DAServer is running, the deletion takes effect right away. Any existing items
on subscription will be changed to a bad quality. The item quality will remain
the same until the item is deleted.
To delete a node, left click the node, right click and select Delete
Read carefully DAServer Manager
Important! Error indications in the Diagnostics-Structure root do not
necessarily mean that an error condition exists at the hierarchical level in
focus. It means that an error condition exists at some point down the
hierarchical tree.
Give more data about gateway..
