|
|
Hello,
I have a S7 200 PLC with a 226 CPU and a PPI cable, something like.
The problem is that I cannot communicate with the PLC on serial port or a USB-Serial port.
OS> win7 x64 SP1
V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9
I suspect the cable, but there's a way to check it without involving the PLC?
The communication problem can be related to the operating system / Microwin version?
If you have any suggestions please feel free to add them, thank you! |

Hi,
you use an USB-RS232 converter and then RS232-PPI adapter ?
Have you check the settings for USB-RS23 converter?
Is the COM assigned by operating system same as the one selected as interface on Microwin?
If not, try to change them.
