Hello everybody! I have a problem with a B&R controller tip Power Panel 400.
We have the backup which we intend to make a simple modification to the logic. As this is an old equipment, we decided to do the tests on another spare PLC that we have, without stopping the machine that would be subject to modification.
I made the necessary modification and recorded the CF CARD for testing in the reserve PLC. We found that the modification took effect, but when CF CARD was placed on the original machine, there was apparently a cold restart and although the modified program was loaded, the machine simply does not start and does not communicate with the I / O modules. Now the machine does not work with either 2 CF CARD. Old and new.
The PLC model is 4PP420.1505-75. All LEDs are ok and have no faults. Only all variables have been reset. Even setting values in variables the machine does not work. Can someone help me? |

| If You have backup of program You can open Automation Studio and create new CF card for this PLC. |
