Check the user memory size and the program size set from the peripheral device. Do you have room for a larger user memory size? No connection with CPU is possible, I tested it in several ways, it has no result. As long as you have a battery maybe have also a ROM on the cassette....I suppose...did you check-in..??? If you have not ROM then try to reload again the entire program as for RAM only procedure.(read manual) If the error persists then replace RAM.
