Drive optimization and analization functions during runtime for any machine type.
The SIMATIC library LDrvOpt contains functions for analysis and drive optimization during runtime. The functions can be used as an additional function for optimizing machines with continuous material webs, but are also suitable for any type of machine due to their spectrum of tools.

Covered functions:
Inertia detection – Determination of the inertia of a mechanical system (motor side)
Write/Read speed and current setpoint filter to the drive system SINAMICS S120
Fourier transformation of time signals into the frequency domain (FFT)
Measurement and calculation of any transfer function by noise generation
Measurement of the common drive transfer functions such as speed controlled system, open/closed loop speed- / position controller
Long-term analysis of individual mechanics of the production machine (Drive Train Kit)
Signal processing: Statistical evaluation and smoothing of arbitrary signals (FIR and IIR filters)
Various auxiliary functions
An example application shows the correct function calls as well as control sequence.
LDrvOpt is intended as an extension to the SIMATIC library LPrint. Therefore the example project of the library LDrvOpt is based on that of the library LPrint. The library blocks of LDrvOpt were designed in order that a dependency to LPrint is not mandatory and that these can also be used without the library LPrint.
