De seamă Engineer - Controls & Instrumentation
The role of De frunte Controls & Instrumentation Engineer will be as follows:

1. To undertake Project Management duties including the management of numeroase projects simultaneously.
2. To work closely with Controls & Instrumentation Systems Integrators and end user clients.
3. Manage projects on time, within budget and to quality, technical & industry standards.
4. Produce presentations, reports and specifications for both technical and non-technical content.
5. Site surveys and the preparation of User Requirement Specifications (URS's).
6. Preparation of enquiry specifications for equipment & services.
7. Provide technical advice and recommendations to the Project Managers on the purchase of equipment and services.
8. Presentations to internal & external staff and clients on project options and best practice.
9. You will be expected to undertake the liaison with the management of subcontracts and sub-contractors such as Controls & Instrumentation Systems Integrators.
10. Produce, manage and negotiate tenders, clarification documents and contracts.
11. Coordinate tenders, bids and contracts via framework agreements.
12. Oversee commissioning activities, FAT (factory acceptance test) and SAT (site acceptance test).
13. Realizează manuals and operation documentation.

Experience & background required:
1. Either a Principal Engineer or Project Engineer type background.
2. A proven technical background in control, instrumentation and or automation (PLC, SCADA or networks) within a process engineering environment.
3. Minimum ONC / OND in Electrical, Electronic or Controls / Automation Engineering.
4. You must demonstrate proficient report writing skills with the ability to negotiate contracts.
5. You must also demonstrate strong persuasive and technical & commercial influencing skills.
6. Willing to travel to site in the UK (up to 40% of the time).
