Please note:
3WA (dST parameters)
dST parameters cannot be set up with this version of powerconfig, please use the device display to set up dST parameters.
Please uninstall already existing powerconfig versions <V3>= V3.10 then .NET Framework 4.7 would be installed already, presumably.
Note:
For using powerconfig to connect Bluetooth supported devices
Windows 10 Build version should be 1803 or above.

powerconfig is installed on the PC and is able to communicate with the devices over:
- Ethernet with Modbus TCP
- PROFIBUS DP
- PROFINET
- RS485 with Modbus RTU
- Bluetooth

For devices that communicate via Modbus TCP, the PC must have an Ethernet interface. A 100-Mbit Ethernet network is assumed for performance statements.
For devices that communicate via PROFIBUS DP, A CP Card has to be connected to the PC.
To connect power monitoring devices that communicate via Modbus RTU, the PC must have one of the following interfaces:
- An RS485 interface
- A USB port plus external USB/RS485 converter
- An RS232 interface plus external RS232/RS485 converter
