i am facing an error on opening modbus device importer in management console of power monitoring expert version 8.2
error
An unknown error has occurred.
Error#: -2147467259.Method '~' of object '~failed
please help urgently |

.NET Framework 3.5 (or 3.5 SP1) is required before you can install Power Monitoring Expert
COM objects gave such an error..

i have power monitoring expert installed already with no errors during the installation i just need mdi to work .
