| Hi, i am new in CNC machine world. I can simulate CAM machining in NX8 and Solidworks. But recently i came to know that a software name post-processor is needed to generate readable instruction for a specific CNC machine like SINUMERIK 808D. But I don't know how to work with these software even there name.I got a SINUMERIK 808D CNC machine to make some prodect.Please anyone suggest me which post processor software i need to translate G-code of Solidworks and NX-8 for SINUMERIK 808D. |

Maybe you want to use NX CAM Post Builder but writing Post Processor for a specific machine you have eventually to buy or to have access to

Hello Dear, I found your topic in 2013, I was interested in this issue Tode about postprocessor for turning rack sinumerik 808d, please tell me how you are writing a control program for this stand? you find a postprocessor for solidkam? or you use a different cam software? |
