I also try to find a method for Block Privacy but I did not find.
Here is a method but have nothing to do with Block privacy.
Unlock protected block in simatic manager (Siemens S7 PLC) using Microsoft Access

find in google this soft if you need to view password:
pss7_v1.82.exe
but with this software i can't see s7 distributed safety password in project
And see this forum with different soft:

Can Opener Works but not in Block Privacy.
As I know till know there is not an off the shelf method.
One method would be ...but it's difficult to do is to make a project with a known password and save on a MMC. Then save the same project without password and also saved on a different MMC. And then eventually to compare on a HEX.
Encryption on Block Privacy is different than in standard FB, FC password which can be revoked with Canopener.
So ..I do not know if you can find a solution to that problem...
