Hi
i am new in Rockwell PLC
I am searching for RSLogix 5000 v20.04.01 all links are dead
can any one help me?
also I have one question is it available to go online with CPU that have project written by rslogix v20.04.01 by using any other version same like v20.01 or v 21 , v24 or I must use same version v20.04.01 exactly?

You technically can open up RSLogix 5000 programs with v21 or v24.
RSLogix 5000 was made in versions all the way up to v20. Starting at V21, the program was renamed to Studio 5000.
You can open a v20.04 program, but Studio 5000 will convert to new standard v21 or later. That means it will no longer be v20.04.
If you have RSLogix 5000 v20.01, you can open up v20.04 with no issues.
Word of advice, avoid RS Logix 20.03. They put some stupid security feature on that version.
