Estimados Colegas:
Tengo un problema con la programación de un PLC SIEMENS de la serie S7-12000.
Ya he configurado el BYTE para la las marcas del sistema (en mi caso he seleccionado la marca %M2800), en donde el bit %2800.0 estaría el FIRST SCAN, en el bit %2800.2 estaría el ALWAY TRUE, y en en el bit %2800.3 estaría el ALWAY FALSE.
Luego he intentado utilizar el bit %2800.2 (ALWAY TRUE), para indicarle a una pantalla HMI que el PLC está activo y en modo RUN. Pero no he podido lograr que este bit cambie a un "1" lógico y se active la bobina de salida con la información para la HMI.
Alguien podría ayudarme con este problema, y decirme si me falta hacer algo.

Use M2802.0 as a bit tag which is TRUE as long as PLC in RUN.

Hice varias cosas para resolver el error, entre ellas baje la dirección a %MB0.
Pero lo que resolvió el problema fue realizar una buena carga de los cambios realizados en el hardware al PLC.
Esto se logra directamente en la pantalla donde se realizan los cambios, en mi caso donde se elije la posibilidad de habilitar el First Scan, y se hace una descarga de estos cambios al PLC.
El error mio fue, asumir que como en equipos de otras marcas, cuando uno hace una compilación y posterior carga, se traspasan todos los cambios al equipo. En Siemens, los cambios se deben realizar de las pantallas donde uno modifica los parámetros.
Ojala se haya entendido... |
