I have the same problem error 429 with Windows XP SP3 32bit and Windows 7 32 bit.
Can somebody reupload the program ?
I have 4.2 ultimate revision 2.3 20-03-2018 ( I read properties file exe ) |

HMI: PRO-FACE, FUJI-HAKKO, Mitshubishi, weitek, Idec Hitech.
