PlantPax is not a software package, it's a scalable architecture referring to the combination of AB hardware and Rockwell software packages, i.e. RSLogix, FTView, IAB, etc. The object libraries are a bunch of pre-written AOIs and HMI faceplates that you can use to speed up development for certain functions, but other than that there is no PlantPax software as such.
