I'm using Studio 5000 Logix Designer v28, Studio 5000 Logix Emulate v28, FactoryTalk View Studio 11.00.00 (CPR 9 CR 11).

Mosquito example Compiled without errors, loaded into the emulator. In RUN, the actuators work partially. The panels open, the mode changes, the alarms work. Control commands do not work - Start, stop, open, close. These commands do not work in Designer either.
When adding one instruction to an empty project, for example P_motor, the situation is the same. Control commands do not work, the state of the outputs does not change.
Instructions from PlantPAx Ver 4-xx give an error when changing controller to emulator during compilation. When compiling to a real controller - fine. But I only have an emulator.
What could be? I ask for help.

After the publication of the question, I tried it in version 21. Everything works. I tried it earlier in version 31 - it does not work, when loading into the controller emulator, an error occurs and crashes into Windows. 32 version I don't have an emulator. I stopped at 21 for development. There are no errors in 28, it works halfway, which is very confusing. It is strange that this emulator error has not been fixed, especially with the standard example.
