I need to replace controlled via PROFIBUS DP drive SIMOREG DC-Master 6RA7078 the drive SINAMICS DCM 6RA8078.
Using Drive Monitor c 6RA70 downloaded dnl file. Please help me with advice or link to information on this issue: how to automatically or manually convert the drive parameter 6RA70 settings 6RA80, including PROFIBUS DP, in order for them to upload with STARTER to the drive SINAMICS DCM 6RA8078 ? Is there any step by step guide on this conversion ? Or please share the experience. |

How can I perform quick commissioning on a SINAMICS DCM ?
Please proceed as follows:
1.Go online with STARTER.
2.Set the required 15 parameters using the expert list according section 8.2 of the operating instructions.

3.Perform the optimization runs.
4. Set the parameters for the bus connection.
5. Copy RAM to ROM
(press the P button on the BOP20 for 3 seconds)
6. Done
Alternatively, commissioning can be carried out with the BOP20 or AOP30.
The whole process takes around 30 minutes.
Note:
Exchange of the device can get performed by use of a memory card.
On „Power ON“ the parameters get read from the memory card but is not your case.

Maybe I did not make myself clear enough.
A migration with "one click" is not possible, you must take step by step.
You have in migration guide how to make rewiring from the old to the new drive.
Convert the old project for having the same environment for reading correctly the "technological parameters"
Then a new projects must be made with new drive and adapt parameters and commissioning.. |

Thanks for the feedback. To me the way it seemed.
But, turning to manual conversion, I faced the fact that I do not understand how native drive works in a special PROFIBUS DP.
The control signals in the "Control word and status word" is associated with the PROFIBUS option only
P666 = B3107 1ST PZD 7 CB/TB1 - control feedback, i.e., with the reset fail with PROFIBUS (?). I actually expected signals at the network management bits 0 (OFF1), 1 (OFF2) 2 (OFF3) and(or) other.
Speed reference: where the reference PROFIBUS'the value of the speed ? In the "Digital setpoints" P433 = K11 Main setpoint, i.e., from the analog input 4-5. I was expecting something like: P433 = K3002 2ND PZD CB/TB1 ! In any other windows no connections of drive parameters with the 2ND PZD CB/TB1.
How to be here ? What to carry in SINAMICS DCM ?

P648 = 9 - bit control.
P654 = B1 Fixed value 1.
How will start the drive via PROFIBUS ?
It would start if it was installed: P654 = 1ST PZD 0 B3100 CB/TB1.
And with the speed reference ? Also, in my opinion, there is no control from PROFIBUS.
Then why PROFIBUS ? Only to reset the error ? |
