Hello Everyone.
Im having a serious problem with a machine in my plant. I have 10 machines with same HMI and Controllers running but one of them is not functioning. Each time it is powered ON, the HMI, PLC, Drives and other devices bootup fine except (the HMI loads the Graphics but without parameters only display ????????? everywhere). Im thinking there's a communication problem between HMI and PLC.
Pls kindly Help...

Problem Solved!
It was never a communication but a Firmware corrupt issue.
