Hi, may I know on how to install PAC8000 software?

I've tried to install using Windows XP but the error as per below image:

I've tried also using Windows 10 and set the compatibility with Windows 7 but still can't install the software.

I've also set the .exe file Run as Administrator but it didn't worked.

Appreciate if you can share your knowledge with me to solve this issue.
