The RapidShare links doesn't work, neither the 4Share. I downloaded all of them and the extraction didn't produced the ISO file.
Where is the 7-Zip output.
Can you please fix this.

Sorry about mistake....
Download Total Commander from:
http://plc.myforum.ro/total-commander-80-beta-5-portable-x86-x64-multilingual-vt489.html?highlight=total+commander
Install Complet Commander and then go with the mouse to the first file .001 and RightClick. The title will become red.
Go then to Menu...File->Combine Files.....

after the installation is finished I try to run the program
then an error message appears the cx server not found, please reinstall the software
