The Notifier monitors customer-specific assets and forwards notifications directly to the employees' smartphone od smartwatch.
As soon as an employee accepts a notification, all team members can see who takes care of it Рwhich also facilitates the coordination of, for example, service technicians. This quick response time of the assignees allows to restr̢nge the downtimes of plants/systems and machines to a minimum.
Notifications are perceived immediately, and not only when performing the next manual check of the plant/system status
Notifications reach the employees at any location
Areas of application
For plant operators, allows them to quickly intervene in case of plant/system faults
For maintenance and repair staff, allows them to streamline the alarming and coordination processes
For new and existing systems
