Software requirements
The following operating systems are supported:
● Windows 7 SP1 x32 and x64 (Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate)
● Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB x64
● Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Standard x64
● Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard x64
● Windows Server 2016 Standard x64
You must install the following software packages in order to operate S7 F Systems V6.2 Upd1:
● On the ES
・ STEP 7 V5.5 SP3 HF7 or higher
・ CFC V8.0 SP4 Upd4 or higher
・ Optional:PCS 7 V8.0 SP2 or higher
● On the OS (for S7 F Systems HMI)
・ PCS 7 V8.0 SP2 or higher
● For offline testing
・ S7-PLCSIM V5.4 SP3 or higher
Available installation units
S7 F Systems comprises the following installation units:
● Engineering:
・ S7 F Systems V6.2
・ S7 F Systems HMI V6.2
・ S7 F Systems Lib V1_3 SP2
・ S7 F Device Integration Pack V6.2 Upd1
・ S7 F Configuration Pack V5.5 SP13
・ Automation License Manager V5.3 SP4
● Runtime:
・ S7 F Systems HMI V6.2
Updating the OS
Integrating the new S7 F Systems HMI block icons into an existing "F Systems" project
To be able to use the new functions of S7 F Systems HMI in an existing project, you must update the project.
1. To do this, start the WinCC Explorer for the OS contained in the F-Systems project.
2. Open the OS Project Editor and click OK. The project is reconfigured and, as a result, receive the new block icons.
3. Open the Global Script C Editor and select the menu command Options > Regenerate Header.
3.3 Example projects
There are four example projects in the "SIEMENS\STEP7\Examples" directory.
● ZEN32_01 F-project - for a fail-safe system (English)
● ZEN32_02 FH-project - for a fail-safe and fault-tolerant system (English)
● ZDT32_01 F-project - for a fail-safe system (German)
● ZDT32_02 FH-project - for a fail-safe and fault-tolerant system (German)
In order to use these example projects, you must first install S7 F Systems Lib V1_3 SP2.
The passwords for the supplied projects are:
● CPU password: F_cpu123
● Password for the safety program: Fsys_v62
The example projects are configured for non-redundant fail-safe input/output modules. Each example project has been created with an F-DI-24, F-AI-6 and F-DO-10 module.

Hi every one .
We are working on a boiler project . actually there is no access to the vendor any more. and we are facing some issues and need the access to the boiler program.
But unfortunately we dont have the password for being online or making any changes in safety program.
Does any body know how can we bypass the password.
we have the CPU password and also the main backup.
please help!  |

1) Create a new project and paste the station "Station Sxxx" + Required CPU;
2) In tab "Protection" => Specifies the password for hardware (for CPU) - 1st password safety;
3) Add station ETxxxS ( any if you have) + add any module with the function of safety in ETxxxS => Specifies the password for safety programm - 2nd password safety;
4) Compile (compile);
5) Copy all of the hardware modules of the old project to the new + compiled (compile) => hardware is ready!

6) Copy all blocks of the "Blocks" old program "Blocks" of the new program. BUT! must allow overwriting when copying only "OB1", and all other blocks (FBs, DBs) rewrite is not necessary (skip replacement). This will need to enter a password - enter the new password for the safety programm. |
