The application example project demonstrates the practical usage of Machine Proxy App Providing MTP interface for non-MTP Tempered Mixer module. The unit is controlled by SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC and has WinCC Unified HMI. The PLC can be connected to the Industrial Edge Device, where the mapping and MTP interface engineering is done to elevate the machine to be MTP compliancy. The Tempered Mixer module offers 3 automated programs: Rinse, Production, and Disinfection. It can be controlled from WinCC Unified RT and the TIA Portal project implements also process values simulation, therefore it can be run and operated as a demonstrator with no further simulation software.
