Since working as fixture tip designer, i have to check the weld feasibility and I'm new to robot programming.
i dont know how to start with the positioners and robots, i need additional support other than the yaskawa playlist.
Or which kind of tutorial i have to focus and understand the basic principles.
Also the sim robot has to function based on signals from clamps (not actual signal..kinda simulated one) so how can i interface my clamps and cylinders with plc to work accordingly by feedback.
Is any other way to simulate without plc interfacing.
Another thing to mention here is i dont have robot and plc.
Only i have softwares only.
Kindly assist me brothers and friends.
Thanks |

I would suggest Yaskawa playlist, but looks like You already watched it.
YouTube has a plenty of materials, so my suggestion is You make a list of topics/problems you need to solve, search for those specific topics, study, practice, and then move on to the next, step by step.
Yaskawa also has a Knowledge Center with a lot of interesting information.

While I know other simulation software can have some interface with PLC software (real or simulated plc), I'm not sure MotoSim has this ability. The best option to simulate the behavior of clamps and other elements inside your cell that are not the robot itself is using a feature called Tip Script. There are some examples on MotoSim manual and You can do a lot of stuff with this. Take a look at Model Script Manager, in the Simulation Tab. |

Here is a list of topics that You can use as a base

And I consider this unlisted video pretty interesting as well, if you are learning MotoSim

Finally, I forgot to mention that there is huge library of MotoSim models and pre made cells that You can use as a reference for Your studies
