I have a query regarding the A700 and FR-A7N-ETH plug in card.

The user requirement spec from our client:
The client wants to SET the parameters of the A700 VFD via SCADA interface via Ethernet. (Q-Series PLC)

We are aware that the FR-A7N-ETH has a embedded web server functionality but the client does not want to go this route.

The client wants to set the parameters via scada

Could you please advise me if the above proposed solution is possible?

Thank you for that demo Messer.

I need to know how to access the parameters so that i may be able to read/write to them via SCADA.

any ideas?

See here how to connect a Rockwell Logix CPU for example using EtherNet/IP Communications directly to a A700 VFD using the FR-A7NE Module.

Just for moment I do not have an example with Q-Series PLC....
