Hello guys,
I'm looking to install Migration Tool TIA 11, I need to migrate a project from Wincc Flexible 2008 SP3 to TIA Portal V11.
Can someone help me? |

Install Portal V11. For Flex this can be STEP7 Pro, or WinCC. For STEP7 Pro, you must install the WinCCflexible migration option, which is not a default.
Start Portal V11. From the main "Portal" view, select "Migrate project", ***OR*** from the project view, select Project->Migrate project... from the top menu.
On the next screen, select your Flex *.hmi file as the "Source path". You will only see an option for *.hmi in the file browser if you installed the WinCCflexible migration option in STEP7.
All the other fields should be filled out with defaults, including target project name and path. You may choose to edit these.
Select the "Migrate" button.
System requirements for the migration tool
The following system requirements apply to the use of the migration tool:
All products used to create the source project must be installed. The following products are supported:
SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.4 SP5 and STEP 7 V5.5
WinCC V7 SP1 or V7 SP2
WinCC flexible V1.3 SP2
All optional packages needed to process the STEP 7 project are installed. For example, all HSPs for the devices used in the source project are required.
