I need help when I Migrate a WinCC 2008 SP3 Version of an HMI project to WinCC V13 TIA. It says I need Run MyHMI. I need instruction what next steps I need to do.

Eventually WinCC Flexible can be migrated...
You need to rewrite your project in your case..WinCC ->WinCC Prof V13.
