Is there a version of Siemens Microwin for S7-200 PLC's that can be installed and run in Windows 7.

watch this ..STEP 7-Micro/WIN test version 4.0 E with:
System requirements for the test version
At least 265 Mb free space disk
Microsoft Windows XP (32 Bit) Home or Professional
Windows 7 (32 / 64 Bit) Home or Home Professional or Ultimate
A PC that meets these requirements
Monitor resolution 1024x768 pixels with small font size
A mouse supported by Microsoft Windows
Additional hardware from one of the following:
- 1 PC/PPI cable connected to the RS-232 interface (PC COM1 or COM2)
- 1 PC/PPI cable connected to the USB interface
- 1 communications processor card (CP) and Multipoint interface cable (MPI)
- 1 Multipoint interface card (MPI) (the communications cable is included)
- 1 PC Ethernet connection with the S7-200 CP243-1 or CP243-1 IT module
