SIMATIC MicroDrive in combination with a drive-steering unit “ArgoDrive” (ebmPapst) controlled by a SIMATIC S7-1500.
The control of one ArgoDrive built by ebm-Papst has been implemented in a TIA Portal project.
It consists of the essential aspects needed for the control process, i.e. a basic control software in the SIMATIC S7-CPU, communication relation between the SIMATIC S7-CPU and the drive controller as well as the drive controller’s parametrization.
