I'm failing in a masterguard, what would it be?

THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE BATTERY CELLS BECAUSE THERE IS NO BATTERY MEASUREMENT MODULO (bbm) installed

after the exchange of the batteries 1 ups is 6% and does not change the value to another ups is 15% will it be that only a battery reset resolves, if so what would be the procedure? model 6SU5260-1AB00-0AA0
