The TÜV-certified library LSafe can be used to implement basic safety functions for electromechanical or electronic sensors and actuators.The library facilitates the acceptance of your application software, since it can be based on already tested modules.
The TÜV certified library LSafe supports you in creating your program-based safety function in the S7 environment.
LSafe provides the following basic safety functions:
Shutdown in emergency
Shutdown in emergency for drives
Safety gate with monitoring with and without guard locking
Safety gate with monitoring with and without guard locking for drives
By using the predesigned blocks, ideally only the real inputs and outputs have to be connected in the program to provide your safe machine with a safety program.
