It only supports FTSP's predecessor, FactoryTalk Automation Platform (FTAP), and only FTAP v1.8 CPR6 the latest. 3. Error 718-800424FA that means that any software other than RSLogix 5000 (or other version of RSLogix 5000 ) modifies an .ACD and it becomes corrupted. One possible cause of this issue is that other applications or services run on the local PC that may scan the .ACD files in the background . Pray to GOD, install as I said 8.52 which is the same as 8.02 having plus Redundancy, over WINXP SP1 or SP2 + NET1.1 ant try to open. If not succeeded then eventually use conversion tool to an upper version but less probability to solve the problem.
