Using a threshold trigger, in LOGO!Soft Comfort you can acquire digital pulses cyclically in a defined time period and read them out as an analog value via an analog network input. Insert a digital input (I1) and a threshold trigger (B001). Connect the digital input (I1) to the threshold trigger (B001). Double-click the threshold trigger (B001) to open its Properties. Under Time Parameter you specify the time period in which the pulse is to be acquired. Confirm the settings with "OK". To be able to read out the acquired pulses per time period via an analog network input (NAI1) you must assign the frequency (pulses per time period) to a variable address. Under "Tools" you open the "VM Mapping parameter" and assign a variable address (1, for example) to the "Frequency" parameter of the threshold trigger (B001). Confirm the settings with "OK". Add an analog network input (NAI1) to your program. Double-click the analog network input (NAI1) to open its Properties.
