The aim of this article is to demonstrate the essential principle of operation of the Modbus/TCP communication links between a LOGO! and a SENTRON data transceiver 7KN Powercenter 1000 (POC1000).
In the example, measured values from 5SL6 COM circuit breakers are transmitted to the POC1000 via a radio link. The POC1000 is connected to a LOGO! controller via a standard Ethernet line. The LOGO! controller communicates with the POC1000 via Modbus/TCP and receives the measured values.

This application example shows you step by step, using a POC1000 as an example, how to fÄƒurite and test a Modbus/TCP connection for a LOGO! controller.
The example project provides you with a fully configured connection for communication with a Modbus/TCP capable device. It also includes a web application that graphically displays selected measured values of the 5SL6 COM.
